Where your booking includes a combination of two or more travel services (e.g., accommodation, transport, or guided excursions), it constitutes a "Package" under the UK
Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
We comply with statutory requirements to protect customer prepayments and guarantee financial security in the event of insolvency. Pre-contractual information regarding your package rights will be provided before final booking confirmation.

- Cancellations by You:Requests to cancel a booked tour must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply depending on how far in advance of the departure date the notice is received, as outlined in your specific booking agreement.
- Alterations by Us:We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries due to local conditions (weather, road closures, supplier availability). Where major changes are required, we will notify you promptly with suitable alternatives.
- Force Majeure:We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, civil unrest, political instability, or government restrictions).
6. Travel Insurance, Visas & Health
- Mandatory Travel Insurance:Comprehensive travel insurance—including cover for emergency medical expenses, repatriation, trip cancellation, and adventurous activities— is strictly mandatory for all guests traveling on our tours.
- Passport & Visas:You are solely responsible for holding a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date) and obtaining the necessary visas/entry permits (e.g., Indian e-Visa, Sri Lanka ETA) prior to departure.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We select third-party local suppliers (such as heritage hotels, local transport providers, and activity guides) with reasonable care. However, these independent parties operate under their own local terms and conditions.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEST.CHE.VAMOS LTD is not liable for indirect losses, personal injury, illness, or property damage resulting from acts or omissions of independent third parties, except where caused directly by our own negligence.
